Pitching another RP for a Childrens Card Game

Oh yes. I am scrapping the bottom of the barrel folks. A RPG based on Yu-Gi-Oh. Basically it would combine the actual trading card game with Adult RPG elements. This thread is to see if anyone would be interested in that. And since I am in this forum, I can only assume a majority of you will want furs to be in it. So I'll allow it. And no we wont be using any official character or the like this will be something independent. If anyone wants to pitch idea for what they would like to see happen thats fine.

I would play too...I just hope all I have to keep track of is cards and not actual character stats x.x Im getting a little tired of the stat games for now x.x

Just yer cards and of course life points. Nothings been added on to the game that requires stats.

Nope, we'll be using real cards from the yugioh wikia to keep it simple Wolf. I may throw a few surprises your way but nothing too extreme. Thats my job to worry about.

Hey LH, I actually have a .. well i made my own deck based off halo, I'll send ya the link to my album so you can look at it and suggest how to nerf it and such.

actually I have an idea for how to handle people who want custom cards and the like, but please no direct cameos or such. Nothing however prevents you from say calling a "Master Chief" card a "War Hero of the Stars" or such. Oh and for balancing act I was thinking of using only stats and effects from current existing monsters. So in short the custom cards are basically variants of a real one. Understand?

Bit long winded but I feel I should explain in full.

Example. I want to make a naughty version of a bottomless trap hole. I call it the Tentacle Trap Hole. Picture may be different and such but it is still a trap card with the same effect as the bottomless trap hole.

This sounds interesting, but I'm concerned at how the card drawing and such would play out.

That too is simple. Mark each card in your deck with a number. Roll the dice to see which card you draw. if you pull a duplicate number then either go up or down or if there's a copy pull the other one out or reroll. Its not perfect but its the best i found when playtesting
